Overview   Contracts Manager Offshore – Shape the future of offshore energy infrastructure
Ready to take the lead in managing complex contracts for large-scale offshore energy projects? At  Our Partner , you’ll play a pivotal role as a  Contracts Manager , overseeing the contractual landscape of EPCIC projects in offshore wind, green hydrogen, and energy infrastructure. From tender to completion – your expertise ensures clarity, compliance, and commercial success on multi-million euro projects.
What will you do?
Draft, review, and manage main and subcontract agreements for complex offshore construction projects (€30M+);
Implement contract procedures within multidisciplinary project teams (Project Managers, Planners, Engineers, and subcontractors);
Handle variations, identify contractual risks, and manage claims effectively;
Serve as the key point of contact for contractual matters with clients, suppliers, and partners;
Monitor compliance and support in dispute resolution and negotiations;
Report directly to the Project Manager and support commercial decision-making from start to finish.
What do you bring?
A completed bachelor’s or master’s degree (HBO/WO), preferably in a technical or legal discipline;
Solid experience in offshore platforms or large-scale industrial projects;
Familiarity with standard contract forms such as  FIDIC  and  LOGIC ;
A proactive, structured mindset with strong analytical and negotiation skills;
Excellent communication skills in  English  (Dutch is a plus).
