As an Operations Treasury Officer, youunderstandand handlepost-trade activities for products like

IRS/CCSderivatives,FX,NDS,bonds,and CPs. Activities include checkingconfirmationsandfinal terms,processing payments,security settlement,andcollateral management.

Youare well-versed inpost-trade regulations like

EMIR or SFTR. Youhave experience in collateralmanagement, TR reporting,derivativesclearing,as well aspayments and security settlement in different currencies and markets.

You understand the cashflows on the products and can spot errors in registrations or documentation.

In yourrole,you alsohave an understanding ofcashflow forecasts andcross-functionaldependencies across risk, finance,settlements,and regulatory reporting.

In addition,the team also workscloselywith stakeholdersonprojects and product development in thetreasurydomainand investment teams,whereyou will have the opportunity to take ownershipofyour team’s requirements and contribute to change initiatives through testing,documentation and process enhancements.

As an operations officer you will be involved in the following activities:

Use your product and post-tradeexpertisetovalidatetrade capture against confirmations and life cycle events—ensuringaccuratepositions.

Review trade confirmations, liaise with counter parties for dispute resolution,and ensuretimelyadministrationin our core systems.

Execute payments and settlementstimelyand accurately in WSS Suite and Swift.

Investigate BAU issues and take appropriate actionor escalation.

Issue, verify and investigate breaks in margin calls onboth cleared and bilateralderivativestransactionsand escalat where necessary.

Reconcile and report positions as part of liquidity management.

Handle Swift queries and alerts for sanctions screeningin a timely mannerescalating to relevant stakeholders when necessary.

Ensure the quality of the processes and controls.

Design andoptimizeprocesses to meet new regulations, projects, products, services, markets, and improvement initiatives.

Collaborate with investmentteams to support execution and implementation of new products toachieve higher impact.

Engage inmarketandstatic data control.
