You will play a pivotal role in shaping our financial landscape. We are looking for our new Financial Accountant. Are you ready?

As a Financial Accountant at Robin, you'll handle everything from monthly reconciliations and tax returns to budgeting and financial reporting. You'll collaborate with our friendly finance team and external advisors, and even get a chance to put your own stamp on things by automating processes and suggesting improvements, as we need to keep up with the growth of our business. Responsibilities
  • Revenue accounting and reporting

  • Revenue recognition policy and implementation. Provide updates where necessary

  • Monthly profit and loss, balance sheet reconciliations, and cash flow reporting (individual and consolidated);

  • Submitting VAT and Corporation Tax returns in coordination with the Finance team and External Advisors;

  • Setting budgets with the CFO and Finance Controller and creating reports for presentation to the Management Team;

  • COGS accounting matching with inventory movements;

  • Assisting with yearly financial audit;

  • Automate and propose improvements to the ERP system;

  • Assisting in the preparation of annual accounts;

  • Monthly monitoring of margin and variance analysis vs forecast and budget.

Requirements
  • 3-5 years of relevant experience;

  • Experience with Odoo or equivalent ERP system;

  • Experience in a global consultancy is desirable;

  • Good knowledge of tax and regulatory matters in NL;

  • Up to date with accounting, tax, and related regulations;

  • Good understanding of the Dutch language;

  • Proactive and able to drive improvements;

  • Ability to communicate well across cultures and to approach global tasks;

  • Attention to detail.
