Een zorgorganisatie in Den Haag zoekt een woonbegeleider intensieve zorg voor 16 tot 36 uur per week. Als woonbegeleider bied je begeleiding aan cliënten met intensieve zorgbehoeften, werkend in een hecht team. Je zorgt voor de uitvoering van begeleidingsplannen en ondersteunt cliënten in hun dagelijkse routines. Wij zoeken kandidaten met een mbo-opleiding in de gehandicaptenzorg en ervaring is een pre.
