In this role, you will serve as the primary point of contact for technical assistance, providing first and second-line support across multiple countries. Required qualifications include a degree in IT and 1-3 years of experience in ICT support. This position offers a gross monthly salary between €2,967 and €4,521 based on experience and includes a holiday allowance and year-end bonus.
