- Supporting the Project Manager (PM) with project resource management :
- Entering and maintaining resource plans in Service Now ;
- Reviewing and approving time cards on behalf of the PM ;
- Monitoring resource utilisation and rebalancing resource plans when required ;
- Supporting the PM with project planning :
- Entering and maintaining the work breakdown structure in Service Now ;
- Maintaining task status, including progress and completion ;
- Monitoring the project schedule ;
- Supporting the PM with risk management :
- Maintaining the risk log in Service Now ;
- Reviewing and updating risk status ;
- Monitoring mitigating actions and following up on them .
- A recognized formal Project Management qualification, such as PRINCE2 or PMP. The lack of formal qualifications can be compensated by the demonstration of expertise and experience in the domain .
- Performing implementation and maintenance of authorized software changes, related application software, and the integration/tailoring of vendor ‑ supplied components, following established procedures for quality, configuration control, testing, documentation and security ;
- Supporting the transition of systems and services to the operational environment ;
- Providing expeditious technical support services to the NATO
Functional Area
Services, including emergency troubleshooting and on ‑ site assistance (at NATO and national sites) to ensure key information systems remain operational .
