Principal Information Security Officer (Temporary – 6 months, 36 hrs/week)
As a Principal Information Security Officer, you operate at the heart of our Enterprise Engineering Technology (EET) organization, ensuring that security is consistently implemented across a complex, evolving IT landscape while enabling the business to make well‑informed, risk‑based decisions aligned with our strategic objectives.
Responsibilities- Act as a senior strategic advisor to stakeholders across multiple Business Units, influencing decision‑making at a leadership level.
- Lead and contribute to strategic security initiatives and transformation programs, including regulatory alignment and capability uplift.
- Provide expert consultancy to the BSO team within EET, including reviewing internal processes and security strategies.
- Drive enterprise‑wide improvements such as automation of security compliance, IAM transformation, and process standardization.
- Enable risk‑based decision‑making by balancing residual risks with appropriate security controls.
- Competitive hourly rate dependent on knowledge and experience.
- Duration of 6 months for 36 hours per week.
- Hybrid working arrangement – partly from home and partly in the office.
- International working environment with extensive knowledge sharing.
- Senior security professional with 12+ years of experience in IT and Information Security, including senior leadership or CISO-level exposure.
- Proven track record in enterprise security strategy, governance, and large‑scale transformations.
- Strong stakeholder management skills, able to influence and align senior leadership across multiple Business Units.
- Deep expertise across domains such as cloud (Azure/AWS), IAM, Dev Sec Ops , and risk management.
- Strong communication skills with the ability to challenge constructively and drive change.
You will be part of the Business Security Office (BSO) team within Enterprise Engineering Technology (EET), collaborating closely with product owners, senior stakeholders, and security professionals across multiple Business Units in an international and dynamic environment.
