About This Position
As an Application Administrator / Packager at TNO, you will manage and maintain approximately 300 applications out of a total portfolio of 30,000 across Windows‑client and VDI environments. You will support the Digital Workspace team, contributing to Agile delivery, sprint cycles, and ensuring users have access to the right software.
Responsibilities- Conduct intake sessions and build application packages.
- Perform quality checks on delivered packages and provide user support.
- Contribute ideas on new technologies and propose process improvements.
- Determine suitable deployment methods and develop scripts for automating application packaging using MSIX, App‑V and Power Shell.
- Distribute packages through SCCM.
- Monitor and mitigate self‑managed software.
- HBO level or higher professional education, preferably in Computer Science or a related field.
- Demonstrable experience in a similar role.
- Knowledge of MSIX, App‑V (v5), Windows
10/11 management, registry, file systems, permissions, Group Policies. - Power Shell and Windows batch scripting.
- Experience with MSI / Windows Installer packages.
- Experience with Winget, SCCM, and Intune.
- Preferably familiarity with Flexera SVM patch management and FSLogix User Profile Management.
- Accurate, quality‑focused, and a team player.
- Strong written and verbal communication in Dutch and English.
- Gross monthly salary €4,500 – €5,400 depending on experience.
- 8% holiday pay and a 13th month bonus of 8.33%.
