Van de scrummaster wordt verwacht dat hij/zij een Agile mindset belichaamt en de voortgang van het team bewaakt. KBenP is verantwoordelijk voor de publicatie van overheidsinformatie in Nederland en wil continu verbeteringen doorvoeren voor zowel softwarekwaliteit als ontwikkelprocessen.
