IT Intern

We are looking for an ambitious and proactive IT Intern to support our IT Operations team. As an IT Intern, you will play a critical role in day-to-day IT operations, ensuring smooth workflows and reducing the workload of the IT Manager. This is an excellent opportunity to gain hands‑on experience in IT and security while contributing to impactful projects.

Key Responsibilities:

• Manage and maintain the ticketing system, including escalating and prioritising tickets as needed.
• Handle device management and respond to physical hands‑on IT requests.
• Assist with network and asset management.
• Support the onboarding and offboarding of employees in collaboration with HR.
• Contribute to SaaS management and other IT operational tasks.
• Perform facility‑related tasks as required.
• Gain exposure to cybersecurity, automation, and ISO
  27001 compliance practices.
• Work on creating a automated environment with hyper automation

Qualifications:

• Currently pursuing an HBO‑level degree in IT or a related field.
• Experience with ticketing systems (required).
• Basic understanding of network and device management.
• Strong problem‑solving skills and a proactive attitude.
• Fluent in English;
  Dutch is a plus.
• Must be based in the Netherlands, preferably in Zuid‑Holland or Noord‑Holland.

Duration
:
Start with 3 months. Possibility of another 3 month extension.
