Onderlinge Nederland zoekt een Servicedesk Medewerker IT die als 1e of 2e lijn aanspreekpunt is voor collega’s met complexe IT-vragen over Windows, Office 365 en Teams, telefonie, certificaten en printers. Je bewaakt incidenten en werkt aan changes.
Je werkt met TOPdesk, Run My Jobs en SCCM terwijl je kennis deelt met de eerste lijn en bijdraagt aan procesverbetering. ITIL-werkwijze en doorontwikkeling naar systeembeheer horen erbij.
