Senior Data Associate with the Amazon Development Center in the Netherlands, focusing on generative AI and large language models.

• Maintain strict confidentiality and privacy as per Amazon’s policies.
• Work with diverse data types including text, speech, audio, image, and video.
• Deliver high‑quality labeled data that meets KPIs using guidelines and in‑house tools.
• Generate high‑quality human insight data across text, image, video, and audio modalities.
• Make sound judgments and logical decisions with ambiguous or incomplete information.
• Pay close attention to detail and pivot between categories as needed.
• Support daily operational deliverables for a variety of task types.
• Analyze root causes, identify error patterns, and propose solutions to improve labeling quality.
• Identify day‑to‑day process and operational issues in SOPs, tools, and suggest changes.
• Provide floor support, clarify internal queries during execution when required.

The ML Data Associate undertakes foundational labeling functions such as dialogue evaluation on speech, text, audio, and video data. They work across multiple modalities and provide high‑quality work while safeguarding confidential information.

• Associate’s degree or related work experience.
• CEFR C1+ or equivalent fluency in Dutch.
• CEFR C1+ fluency in English (written and spoken).
• Strong business writing, analytical, and structured problem‑solving skills.
• Proficient research skills and ability to synthesize information from multiple sources.
• Attention to detail in managing complex tasks and documents.

• Bachelor’s degree in a relevant field.
• Demonstrated task execution ability.
• Experience leveraging open‑source resources for research.
• Adaptability in fast‑paced environments.
• Project coordination or management experience.
• Stakeholder relationship management across departments.
• Advanced proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite and common business applications.
