DICTU zoekt een Operationeel Beheerder Microsoft 365 voor 36 uur per week in Den Haag. Je werkt aan incident- en probleemanagement binnen Microsoft 365 (Teams, Exchange Online, One Drive/SharePoint en EntraID) en levert ondersteuning aan eindgebruikers.
Je hebt aantoonbaar HBO-niveau, minimaal drie jaar ervaring als Microsoft 365 beheerder in een enterprise omgeving en kennis van Nextcloud/Open-Xchange. Certificering als Microsoft Expert is gewenst en up-to-date.
