CoreResponsibilities
- Designing, building, and maintaining scalable data pipelines, models, and applications on the Data Analytics Platform.
- Owning and improving the IT control & security data application, ensuring data quality and reliability.
- Integrating datasets from enterprise platforms such as Service Now into the analytics ecosystem.
- Enabling reporting and analytics for security, risk, and compliance stakeholders across NN.
- Contributing to technical standards, coaching team members, and strengthening engineering practices.
- Hands‑on experience as a data engineer with solid knowledge of SQL, Databricks, PowerBI, Python, PySpark and JavaScript.
- Experience as a data analyst.
- Experience building, testing, and maintaining apps and integrations.
- Experience working on the Service Now Platform, including Security Operations and/or Integrated Risk Management.
- Domain knowledge in information security, compliance, and risk management.
- Strong communicator, cooperative, and comfortable providing and receiving feedback.
- Ability to teach/coach team members.
- Curiosity and good conceptual thinking skills.
- Salary between €5,363 and €7,661 (based on a 40‑hour workweek) with optional 36 or 38‑hour week.
- 13th month and holiday allowance paid with monthly salary.

You will join a Security Tooling team of six professionals, working closely with security architects, experts, and other data analysts. The role offers a high degree of autonomy within a dynamic, collaborative environment that values continuous learning and impact.
This is a permanent position located in The Hague with a hybrid work model.
