Duties & Role:
- Define technical specifications for systems/components
- Support requirements gathering and documentation
- Assist in systems development and project delivery
- Provide application support and troubleshooting
- Support release and deployment processes
Skill, Knowledge &
Experience:
- Bachelor’s degree + 2 years experience (or equivalent)
- Experience in troubleshooting software/hardware/integrations
- Debugging, log analysis, root cause identification
- Experience with cloud platforms (AWS, Azure, GCP)
- Knowledge of APIs and integrations
- Experience in support projects and issue tracking
- Customer-facing technical support experience
- Strong communication and coordination skills
