Een expertise- en dienstencentrum voor de Rijksoverheid zoekt een senior consultant voor de voorbereidingsfase van een moderniseringsproject. Je levert een compleet projectvoorstel, business case en beslisnotitie aan bestuurders en levert kosten-baten- en risicorapportages op.
Je werkt samen met ICT-dienstverleners, programmamanagement en afnemers en bewaakt de tijdslijnen, budget en kwaliteit. Relevante ervaring bij de overheid is gewenst.
