• Ability to translate business requirements into e2e designs working with the relevant domain Principal Product Leads.
• Understand customer journeys and work collaboratively with COO to provide understanding of technical feasibility and potential solutions.
• Experience in working on solutions and coding of Customer Operations systems, strong communication skills and problem solving.
