Onze opdrachtgever, een gerenommeerd advocatenkantoor in Den Haag, zoekt een gedreven Legal Assistant. Als teamspeler in deze veelzijdige functie krijg je een cruciale positie binnen een specialistische juridische omgeving. Je werkdag is nooit hetzelfde!
Belangrijkste taken- Bewaken van kritieke deadlines bij rechtbanken en in de adviespraktijk
- Professioneel documentbeheer en dossiermanagement
- Nauwkeurige verwerking van juridische correspondentie
- Efficiënt agendabeheer voor advocaten
- Communicatie met cliënten en juridische instanties
- Ondersteuning bij organisatie van professionele evenementen
- MBO/HBO werk- en denkniveau
- Ervaring in een ondersteunende functie
- Proactieve en stressbestendige werkhouding
- Beheersing van de Nederlandse en Engelse taal
- Flexibel, discreet en samenwerkingsgericht
- Vaste functie, direct bij de werkgever
- 32-37,5 uur per week Marktconform salaris tot €4700 obv 40 u (incl. 13de maand) afhankelijk van ervaring
- Informele werkomgeving met korte communicatielijnen
- Concurrerend salaris met bonusregeling
- 28 vakantiedagen bij een 37,5-urige werkweek
