GTM Advanced Structures is seeking a Process R&D Manager to lead development of core manufacturing processes such as bonding, lay-up, curing, and assembly. You will convert materials and engineering knowledge into robust, validated process routes for production adoption and qualification.
This is an R&D leadership role where you set the development agenda, run experiments, and deliver qualified process packages, while remaining hands-on in the lab and on the production floor as needed.
