Haagse Wijk- en Woonzorg zoekt een Verpleegkundige voor de thuiszorg in De Gaarde, Den Haag. In deze rol bied je zelfstandige verpleegkundige zorg aan cliënten met complexe zorgvragen in een groene wijk. Je bouwt langdurige relaties op met cliënten en werkt nauw samen met collega's en andere zorgprofessionals.
Je salaris kan oplopen tot € 4.245,84 bruto per maand bij een fulltime dienstverband. Bovendien bieden we een volledige 13e maand, vakantiegeld en volop mogelijkheden voor professionele ontwikkeling.
