Florence zoekt een Verpleegkundige niveau 4 voor thuiszorg in de wijk Bezuidenhout en Mariahoeve. Je werkt zelfstandig in een hecht wijkteam en bent aanspreekpunt voor cliënten en collega’s, met ruimte voor groei binnen de organisatie.
Je hebt een MBO-diploma Verpleegkundige niveau 4 en bent BIG-geregistreerd. Zelfstandigheid, flexibiliteit en coachende vaardigheden zijn vereist; eigen vervoer is gewenst.
