Shift Supervisor Den Haag (32 or 40 hours per week)FOR ENGLISH, SEE BELOW
What will you do as a Shift Supervisor- Arrange the store opening planning – division of tasks, organize breaks and cleaning plan.
- Pre‑prep everything that can be prepared.
- Ensure quality by checking status of fresh products and take every opportunity for improvement.
- Train, teach and coach partners.
- Open the store and at closing:
- Perform hand‑over and pick up planning.
- Make adjustments as needed.
- At shift end, ensure everything shines, is refilled, cash is counted correctly, reports are completed, alarms are on/off as required.
- At least one year of experience in retail or hospitality.
- Remain calm and positive even when customers are unhappy; maintain a "glass half full" attitude.
- Target- and customer-oriented: upsell when appropriate and suggest bundled deals.
- Prepare partners for peak times and position them for optimal performance.
- Make quick decisions, keep calm and create a safe environment for customers and partners.
- Can write a thank‑you card to a partner in English or Dutch.
- Flexible hours: 32‑40 hours per week, Monday‑Sunday.
- All‑in salary of €16.85 per hour (full‑time equivalent €2,920.32 per month).
- Performance bonus up to 10% of monthly salary based on quarterly results.
- Annual bonus based on years of employment at Starbucks Netherlands.
