Commercial / Tender Manager – Lead Winning Proposals in Offshore Projects  At Our Partner, you’ll drive the entire tender process and play a vital role in securing complex offshore and maritime projects. As Commercial / Tender Manager, you coordinate bids, negotiate contracts, and align internal stakeholders, from engineering to finance, all while keeping the client and commercial targets in focus.
What will you do?
Manage and improve tender procedures from A to Z;
Coordinate internal bid input and compile cost-effective proposals;
Analyse client requests and identify contractual risks;
Organise bid meetings and ensure timely submissions;
Lead contract negotiations and manage commercial milestones;
Support follow-up on commercial leads with the Commercial Manager;
What do you bring?
A completed Bachelor’s degree in a technical or commercial field;
Minimum 4 years of experience in tender engineering/management in offshore/maritime sectors;
Familiarity with contract standards (like BIMCO), estimation tools, and project software;
Fluent in English (Dutch is a big advantage);
Proactive, structured and commercially minded.
