SIGRA in Den Haag zoekt een medewerker voor het Housing First programma om dakloosheid te beëindigen en deelnemers te ondersteunen bij hun herstel. Je bouwt relaties op, begeleidt en rapporteert over de voortgang van deelnemers.
Wij bieden een contract van 12 maanden voor 32-36 uur per week met een salaris gebaseerd op de CAO Sociaal Werk. Daarnaast zijn er mogelijkheden voor professionele ontwikkeling binnen de organisatie.
