Christelijke Vacature zoekt een Persoonlijke Begeleider voor dak- en thuisloze volwassenen in Den Haag. In deze rol bied je intensieve begeleiding en steun bij het opbouwen van een stabiele toekomst.
Je bent verantwoordelijk voor het samenstellen van zorgplannen, voeren van begeleidingsgesprekken en administratie. De functie vereist een HBO-opleiding in Social Work of gelijkwaardig en affiniteit met kwetsbare doelgroepen.
Een salaris tussen €3.498 en €5.321 bruto per maand, op basis van 36 uur, wordt geboden.
