Christelijke Vacature in Den Haag zoekt een Persoonlijk Begeleider voor jongeren bij Housing First. Jij ondersteunt jongeren van 18 tot 27 jaar bij dagelijkse uitdagingen zoals financiën, zelfzorg en psychische gezondheid.
Jouw rol is om een vertrouwensband op te bouwen en hen te begeleiden naar zelfstandigheid via de Housing First-methodiek, met directe huisvesting zonder tijdslimit. Flexibiliteit in uren is belangrijk voor de functie.
Wij bieden een salaris tussen €3.498 en €5.216 bruto per maand, een contract van 12 maanden en diverse ontwikkelingsmogelijkheden.
