Het Leger des Heils zoekt een Begeleider voor de Kleinschalige Voorziening voor Justitiële Jeugd (KVJJ). Je begeleidt jongeren die tijdelijk verblijven en werkt samen met collega’s aan een veilige, stimulerende omgeving waarin zij kunnen groeien en zelfstandigheid ontwikkelen.
Je taken omvatten dagelijkse begeleiding, ondersteunen van het zorgplan, stimuleren van autonomie zoals het vinden van werk, en samenwerken met het netwerk.
