Je werkt zelfstandig en in teamverband aan het zorg- en begeleidingsplan, signaleert veranderingen en schakelt waar nodig met familie en collega’s. Florence biedt ruimte voor ontwikkeling via het Talentcentrum en een vast contract op onbepaalde tijd.
