Jados in Den Haag zoekt een enthousiaste woon- en ambulant begeleider voor 28 uur. Je ondersteunt cliënten op weg naar meer zelfstandigheid, coacht in het dagelijks leven en stelt een begeleidingstraject op.
Je werkt samen met een team van woonbegeleiders, teamleider en gedragswetenschapper. Je bezoekt cliënten thuis en op locaties zoals school of werk. De functie vraagt een HBO-diploma en eigen vervoer; relevante GGZ-ervaring is een pré.
