Saffier Groep zoekt een enthousiaste Woonzorgbegeleider/VIG voor onze Hartelijke zorgteam in Den Haag. Je begeleidt bewoners individueel, coacht en stimuleert zelfstandigheid en onderhoudt contact met mantelzorgers.
Je observeert bewoners, stelt zorgplannen op en voert interventies uit met aandacht voor welzijn en kwaliteit van leven. Flexibele uren en werktijden in dag- of avonddiensten worden besproken.
