Middin zoekt een persoonlijk begeleider op locatie Waldeck State in Den Haag. Je werkt in een jong, warm team en ondersteunt bewoners met ADL, transfers en begeleiding. Samen met familie en naasten draag je bij aan zorgplannen en de uitvoering ervan.
Je werkt in shifts vanaf 6:30/7:00 tot 15:15/23:00, met avonddiensten en nachten. Een collegiale sfeer en flexibiliteit staan centraal, met mogelijkheden voor professionele groei binnen Middin.
