Midden in Den Haag werkt Middin aan een gezellige thuis voor mensen met een verstandelijke beperking. Als persoonlijk begeleider mvg op onze woonlocatie Monsterseweg E ben je betrokken bij zorg en begeleiding van negen bewoners met verschillende zorgniveaus.
Je draagt de regie over ondersteuningsplannen, stemt af op wat bewoners nodig hebben en werkt nauw samen met familie en professionals. Een parttime dienstverband (24–32 uur) past hierin goed en biedt diverse ontwikkel- en opleidingskansen.
