Domus Den Haag zoekt een Werkbegeleider die de dagelijkse zorg op de werkvloer ondersteunt, coacht en processen bewaakt. Je bent de spil tussen afdelingsmanager en team en zorgt dat wat op papier staat zichtbaar is op de werkvloer.
Je werkt doordeweeks van 09:00 tot 17:00 en maximaal één weekenddag per maand. Ervaring met verslavingszorg en LVB is vereist, evenals een HBO-diploma en betrokkenheid bij een christelijke identiteit.
