Middin zoekt een woonbegeleider NAH op de locatie Zuidlarenstraat in Den Haag. Je begeleidt bewoners met niet-aangeboren hersenletsel en werkt in een hecht team aan hun dagelijkse ontwikkeling en participatie.
Je werkt volgens een wisselend rooster met dag- en avonddiensten, ondersteunt bij algemene dagelijkse levensverrichtingen en draagt bij aan een veilige, stimulerende leefomgeving. Ervaring in zorg en een mbo-3-opleiding worden gewaardeerd.
