  • Develop and perform tests to monitor system performance, troubleshoot issues, and ensure high availability and reliability of applications and services.
  • Collaborate with cross‑functional teams to identify automation opportunities and implement scalable solutions.
  • Analyze existing processes and recommend improvements to enhance performance, security and reduce operational bottlenecks.

    • Monitoring tools (Prometheus, Grafana, Loki).
  • Hands‑on experience with virtualization platforms (VMWare).
  • Expertise in containerizing high‑performance native apps using Docker multi‑stage builds to manage OS dependencies and deliver optimized, slim production images.
  • Hands‑on experience with PXE network installations of on‑premise bare metal systems.
  • Strong understanding of IP networks and how to configure, monitor and secure them, as well as system administration.
Collaboration and Mindset
  • Strong attention to detail, analytical thinking and excellent problem‑solving skills.
  • Be proactive, implement improvements and be able to work in a fast‑paced environment.
  • A team player who can also work independently and with the ability to communicate well across cultures and backgrounds.
  • You are flexible and know how to tackle a fast‑growing and changing company.
  • Good organizational and time‑management skills.
  • Good communication skills in English; knowledge of Dutch is a plus.
  • Live in The Netherlands, within commuting distance from The Hague.
Nice to Have

  • 30 days of paid holiday leave (with the possibility to buy 3 additional days).
  • Opportunities to develop your skills even further through training and certifications.
