Position: B1.3 Engineer AW139
Are you an experienced EASA Part 66 B1.3 Licensed Engineer ready to work in a dynamic offshore helicopter environment? At our Den Helder base, you will play a key role in keeping our AW139 fleet mission‑ready and safe. You’ll join a close‑knit team of 8 engineers, working in a professional yet supportive environment where safety, teamwork and technical excellence come first.

Due to operational requirements, candidates must reside within reasonable commuting distance of the Den Helder base. Travel and accommodation is not provided by the company.
Your Role  As a B1.3 Engineer, you are responsible for performing and certifying line maintenance in accordance with approved maintenance data and company procedures. You work closely with fellow engineers under the supervision of the Shift Supervisor, reporting hierarchically to the Base Manager and functionally to the Maintenance Lead. You are more than a certifying engineer — you are a problem solver, safety ambassador and key contributor to operational continuity.
What You’ll Be Doing    Line Maintenance & Technical Excellence:  perform and certify maintenance tasks in accordance with approved maintenance data
Line Maintenance & Technical Excellence:  execute work orders while respecting all applicable restrictions
Line Maintenance & Technical Excellence:  raise non‑routine tasks and defect entries for unscheduled findings
Line Maintenance & Technical Excellence:  ensure independent inspections on safety‑critical tasks
Line Maintenance & Technical Excellence:  record and certify all maintenance accurately in the work file
Safety & Compliance:  follow all safety regulations and MOE procedures
Safety & Compliance:  report safety hazards and occurrences via the reporting system
Safety & Compliance:  flag inaccurate, incomplete or unclear procedures
Safety & Compliance:  maintain a clean and orderly workspace with properly maintained tools
Operational Support:  contribute to flexible and efficient work planning
Operational Support:  ensure maintenance is completed within operational deadlines
Operational Support:  coordinate with supply chain, stores and support services to guarantee parts availability
Operational Support:  perform daily technical analysis and problem‑solving based on crew feedback
