Position: CAMO and Part-145 Manager
Oversee, manage and continuously improve the Continuing Airworthiness Management Organisation (CAMO) and Part-145 maintenance activities
Ensure full compliance with EASA regulations, company procedures and customer requirements
Act as the nominated person for both CAMO and Part-145
Oversee airworthiness and maintenance activities to keep the helicopter fleet safe, compliant and operationally available for 24/7 Search and Rescue missions
Lead a team of airworthiness and maintenance professionals
Manage external maintenance providers
Act as primary liaison with the Dutch aviation authority (ILT)
Drive improvements in maintenance programmes, regulatory compliance, safety reporting, reliability monitoring and technical standards
Promote and support the company safety policy, safety culture and Just Culture
Identify, report and manage hazards and safety concerns
Assess, control and monitor safety risks
Apply Management of Change to changes
Manage Safety Performance Indicators
Control and monitor contracted and subcontracted activities
Ensure timely implementation and closure of audit findings
Ensure personnel competence is maintained
Participate in management system governance meetings as required, such as SAG/SRB
Requirements   Comprehensive and working knowledge of relevant parts of EASA regulations (Part-M, Part-CAMO, Part-145, Part-66 and applicable National regulations), operational requirements and procedures
A relevant engineering degree (aeronautical) or an aircraft maintenance technician qualification with additional education acceptable to the competent authority
At least five years relevant work experience, including at least two years in the aeronautical industry in an appropriate position
Helicopter maintenance/CAMO experience
Previous management experience
Practical experience and expertise in applying aviation safety standards and safe operating/maintenance practices
Knowledge of the Leonardo AW189 or a relevant aircraft type gained through a formalised training course
Knowledge of maintenance methods
Knowledge of human factors principles
Comprehensive and working knowledge of quality systems
Ability to hold EASA Nominated Person CAMO and Part 145 position within 3 to 6 months
Strong organisational skills
Excellent verbal and written communication skills in English;
Dutch preferred
Well-developed problem-solving and analytical skills
Ability to deliver to targets and deadlines
Ability to work in a pressured environment
Preferably working knowledge of Ramco MRO system
Proficiency in Microsoft Office, Word, Excel and Power Point
Ability to plan and prioritise work individually and as part of a team
Ability to interface well with leadership, management, and internal and external clients
Ability to manage resources effectively
Must meet the requirements of Part 145.A.30
