De gemeente Den Helder zoekt tijdelijk een Programmamanager Doorontwikkeling Omgevingswet. Je geeft richting en samenhang aan de doorontwikkeling en zorgt ervoor dat inhoudelijke, organisatorische, procesmatige en digitale vraagstukken in samenhang worden opgepakt.
Je ontwikkelt en realiseert een integraal programma voor de doorontwikkeling en borging van de Omgevingswet binnen de gemeente. Daarbij verbind je beleid, uitvoering, dienstverlening, werkprocessen en informatievoorziening.
