RG Setsquare, working with a client in Denbighshire, North Wales, seeks a Building Surveyor to join a hybrid role. The position covers delivery of medium to large refurbishment and maintenance projects for schools and public buildings, with 37.5 hours per week.
You will produce specifications on NBS and manage contractors, ensuring project delivery on time and within budget. The role offers a mix of remote and office days, with the office day in Denbighshire area.
