Shaftesbury North Wales is hiring a Part Time Enabling Support Worker at Llys Aled, Denbighshire. You will provide support and encouragement, following the person-centred plan and maintain records in line with service requirements.
You may administer personal care and medication, and cover sleep-in shifts paid with an additional £60 per sleep-in. The role is part-time, permanent, 20 hours per week, with services across Denbighshire and Conwy.
