Senior Manager, WW Commercialization Field Platforms & AI Adoption at Bristol Myers Squibb leads the execution of AI‑enabled learning initiatives for commercial and medical field teams worldwide. The role transforms strategic ideas into field‑ready programs, integrating enterprise platforms, CRM systems, and AI tools to create compelling learning journeys.

You own the rhythm that connects enterprise platform priorities, CRM systems, and cutting‑edge AI tools to the learning journeys of field teams worldwide. You partner with CASA to translate data insights into role‑based learning pathways, serve as the execution lead with LEAP ensuring content delivery, and champion My Learning to provide a consistent experience globally.

• AI fluency: pilot and scale AI‑powered learning technologies, from intelligent coaching tools to adaptive learning engines.
• Data literacy: use learner analytics and platform adoption data to drive decisions and tell compelling stories to senior stakeholders.
• Stakeholder influence: build credibility across a complex, global matrix spanning functions, geographies, and seniority levels.
• Legacy impact: onboard new field colleagues, upskill experienced teams, and embed AI tools into daily workflows at scale.

You bring at least 5 years of experience in Learning & Development, Field Capability, or Commercial Capability Development within pharma or life sciences and aren’t content to sit still. You have instructional design expertise and familiarity with LMS platforms such as My Learning/Success Factors, as well as e‑learning authoring tools. You’ve experimented with AI for content development and are eager to advance further.

You are comfortable escalating and acting without authority, communicate with clarity, and believe that great learning changes behaviour.
