Final Assembly Operative – Aerospace Engineering

Do you want to be part of a team for a highly regulated, respected engineering environment in Denham UB9

• Salary: up to £35,000 + possible overtime, plus 9% private pension, 25 days holiday plus bank holidays,
• Hours of work: 8am to 5pm - 37.5 hours per week Mon to Fri,
• Early finish on Fridays at 12 midday!!

Join a respected aerospace engineering company as a
Final Assembly Operative
. You’ll assemble and inspect precision mechanical components such as seat pans, main beams, and survival kits, ensuring the highest standards of safety and quality.

• Assemble complex components using drawings and hand tools
• Conduct inspections and certify assemblies
• Record progress and component movement using SAP
• Maintain tools and work areas to high standards
• Follow strict safety, FOD, and ESD protocols

• Manufacturing or precision assembly experience
• Ability to read engineering drawings
• Must have a background in mechanical assembling (aerospace would be an advantage)
• Skilled with hand tools and general IT systems
• SAP, Microsoft Office, or ESD awareness a plus
