Part Marking and Packing Operative

• Salary: £27,000
• Hours: 08:00-17:00 Monday to Thursday / 08:00-12:00 Friday
• Location: Denham
• Contract: Permanent

The Operative will ensure components are correctly identified, documented and protected, working to established engineering and quality standards.

• Marking components using ink marking and laser engraving.
• Packaging and labelling parts according to defined procedures.
• Interpreting drawings, route cards and work instructions.
• Maintaining traceability through correct serial number allocation.
• Completing self‑inspection and basic SAP transactions.
• Supporting 5S, continuous improvement and safe handling practices.

Essential:

• Experience in production packing or a similar environment.
• Ability to understand basic engineering drawings.
• Awareness of Health & Safety requirements.
• Basic computer skills.
