We are seeking a motivated and organized Social Media & Office Manager to support both our digital presence and day-to-day office operations. This role is ideal for someone who enjoys learning on the job and growing with a company.

• Manage company social media accounts including Facebook, Linked In, and Instagram.
• Create, schedule, and monitor content across platforms.
• Work with Google Sheets for organization and tracking.
• Assist with website updates using Wix.
• Navigate and utilize Construct Connect.
• Communicate professionally with coworkers, contractors, and supervisors via phone and email.
• Oversee company Google administrative tasks (setting up new employee emails, occasional setup for additional accounts).
• Create and coordinate client and partner care packages, including organizing, assembling, and sending packages as needed.

• Background in marketing, digital marketing, communications, or a related field preferred.
• Comfortable learning new platforms and systems.
• Strong communication and organizational skills.
• Detail-oriented, dependable, and professional.
• Construction or contracting experience is a plus, but not required.
