Reconstruction Project Estimator

Mitigation/Construction Project Estimator – Can You Make It Happen and Manage the Estimating Costs for the Reconstruction of 30 Homes at once and Meet the Gross Margins to Make Serious Bank and to Make It Like It Never Happened!

The Project Estimators we need are Technical Experts– A proactive, assertive, take – charge person, a Reconstruction Expert. Are you accurate, competitive, and do you have the ability to think ahead and like to move forward to attain goals that have value to you? Do you like to work in fast paced environments that allow for independence, freedom and change? Are you a conservative risk taker, will you make decisions that are well thought through and the outcome is reasonably safe.

As an Estimator, you will be required to hit and exceed monthly, quarterly, and annual revenue milestones. Can you write estimates that rarely require supplements? Straight forward, factual, no – nonsense, blunt communication will serve you well as you guide the sales process through internal and external channels. You must remember to always follow up with the Homeowner, the Adjuster, and the Project Managers.

You will need knowledge and experience in Xactimate. You will need to always advocate for the homeowner and ensure the adjuster we are creating a win - win for all interested parties.

• Estimating experience required
• Experience in Xactimate required
• Solid organization and planning capabilities, strong attention to detail
• The ability to recognize patterns and recall information quickly
• Outstanding written and verbal communication skills, including proper pronunciation, grammar, and a consistently courteous and professional tone of voice
• Very self-motivated and goal-oriented with ability to multi-task
• Capability to work in a fast-paced, team-oriented office environment
  
  Proficient in Microsoft Office (i.e., Word, Excel) and general computer tasks
• Experience in customer service industry environment a plus
• Fast, accurate and detailed

• Must have a valid driver license
• Must be able to pass background and driving record check

• Construction estimating: 1 year (Preferred)
