Overview
Sage Specialty Hospital (LTAC) in Denham Springs, LA, is hiring full-time Licensed Practical Nurses (LPNs) for night shift. Join our team to provide exceptional patient care and support a positive work environment.

- Provides nursing and supportive care in accordance with the Interdisciplinary Plan of Care, under the direction of the RN.
- Communicates with attending physicians and other team members to coordinate optimal care for the patient/family.
- Documents all services provided and reports changes in patient condition to the RN.
- Demonstrates good time management and prioritization to meet patient needs.
- Graduate of an accredited School of Nursing
- Current and active Louisiana LPN license
- Current CPR certification
- Ability to work a flexible schedule including 12-hour shifts
- Dependable transportation
