Overview
Designer - Kitchen/Bath at The Home Depot. Designers support three primary store priorities:
Customers First, In Stock, and Store Appearance. Designers provide fast, thorough, and friendly service to customers, welcome customers to the store, assess kitchen and/or bath project needs, provide showroom tours, set up kitchen and/or bath measures, and meet with customers to review room designs and make purchasing recommendations.
Support Customers First by delivering excellent customer service; assist customers with kitchen and/or bath planning, provide design recommendations, and guide purchasing decisions. Support In Stock by assessing stock levels of samples and brochures and restocking as needed. Support Store Appearance by ensuring displays and showrooms promote a safe, appealing shopping environment and by assisting with related setup activities to drive sales in support of department and store goals.
