Base pay range$18.00/hr - $25.00/hr
Responsibilities- Team Member: Collaborates with team members to fulfil sales and service requests, educates other associates on tools, tasks, resources, and mentors new technicians while developing interpersonal skills for safe and efficient customer service.
- Expert: Demonstrates knowledge of safety and compliance protocols, tire and battery industry guidelines, service standards, equipment operations TPMS, and product specifications, while applying Point of Sale systems and phone/in‑person selling techniques.
- Techie: Leverages digital tools to plan for and drive sales, improve the service experience, and elevate associate engagement using handheld technology and systems to make immediate business decisions related to services, safety alerts, new product information, product application, and training.
- Owner: Communicates equipment, tools and supplies needs, tracks and monitors returns and special orders, operates cash registers, processes transactions, maintains inventory, audits safety and compliance standards, reports complaints, safety hazards, and product issues, and completes required documentation.
- Talent Ambassador: Acts as a brand advocate by valuing the members’ experience, modeling high‑quality service and products, and influencing others to work respectfully, supportively, and team‑oriented, while mentoring new team members.
- Compliance and Ethics: Complies with company policies, procedures, and standards, and implements related action plans using the Open Door Policy.
- Respect the Individual: Embraces differences across cultures and experiences, builds strong relationships, mentors others, and fosters a culture of belonging.
- Integrity: Maintains accountability, supports Walmart values, and acts self‑lessly and fairly.
