Pro Customer Service Sales – The Home Depot

We are looking for dedicated individuals to join the Home Depot Pro Customer Service/Sales Team. The team delivers an exceptional experience for professional customers across the customer journey, from order fulfillment to product recommendation and delivery solutions.

• Build and maintain professional relationships with Pro customers, including contractors, property owners, and commercial clients.
• Proactively drive sales by leveraging product knowledge, loyalty programs, and tailored recommendations.
• Assist customers at the Pro Desk, load materials, manage deliveries, and offer specialized paint and product knowledge.
• Ensure every Pro customer’s project is a success by providing outstanding service that matches unique project needs.
• Collaborate with team members to maintain a clean, organized, and safe environment, resolve delivery issues, and communicate Home Depot’s advantages over competitors.
• Support store goals by monitoring inventory, executing sales initiatives, and upholding the highest standards of customer service and safety.
• Meet monthly sales goals and other metrics to drive sales in the store.
• Possibly provide bilingual communication skills, depending on location and customer needs.
