Base pay: $17.00/hr – $24.00/hr

Additional premiums: $0.35/hr – $3.00/hr (specific to schedule, facility, or work performed)

• Develop and support Membership by providing information on Membership benefits and promoting the value of Company products and services.
• Process Membership upgrades, credit account openings, and participation in sales and marketing events while meeting Membership goals.
• Maintain facility safety by following all safety standards, procedures, and guidelines, including proper forklift spotting and hazardous material handling.
• Fulfill Member “Fax n Pull” and “Click n Pull” orders by reviewing orders, pulling items from shelves, scanning and wrapping items, palletizing, and ensuring order accuracy.
• Complete work assignments and priorities by using policies, data, and resources, collaborating with managers, coworkers, customers, and other partners, and communicating progress.
• Provide Member service by acknowledging Members, identifying their needs, assisting with purchasing decisions, locating merchandise, resolving issues, and promoting the Company’s products and services.
• Comply with company policies, procedures, and standards of ethics and integrity, including the Open Door Policy and the Open Door Policy action plans.
